Because our products are made to order, we follow a strict POD return policy.

1. We Accept Returns Only If:

• The item arrived damaged
• There is a printing defect
• The wrong product was delivered

2. Not Eligible for Returns

• Change of mind
• Wrong size/color ordered
• Customer’s personal photo/text uploaded incorrectly
• Normal wear (scratches, fading from dishwasher, etc.)

3. How to Request a Replacement

Email us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Include:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Description of the issue

Once verified, we will reprint at no cost to you.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Production usually starts within minutes.
