3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are shown in USD
• Payment must be received before production begins
• Customized orders cannot be changed after fulfillment starts

4. Print-on-Demand Production

All items are produced on demand. This means:

• Production starts immediately after your order
• Cancellations are not always possible
• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items

5. Shipping

• Fulfillment time: normally 1–3 business days (may vary)
• Delivery time: depends on destination and courier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because items are custom-made, returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged
• There is a print error
• The wrong item was sent

Customers must provide photos of defects within 7 days of delivery.
